2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, making a booking, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services
Quick Wash by Mark provides:

Wash and Dry Services
Wash, Dry and Iron Services
Ironing Services
Bedding and Linen Care
Additional laundry-related services as advertised

All services are subject to availability.

4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Final pricing may vary depending on the weight of laundry and specific service requirements.
Customers will be informed of any additional charges before services are completed.

5. Payment
Payment is due upon collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept:

Cash
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Other payment methods as advertised

Laundry may not be released until payment has been received in full.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Empty all pockets before submitting laundry.
Inform Quick Wash by Mark of any delicate, valuable, or special-care items.
Check garments for loose items, jewellery, pens, money, electronics, or other valuables.
Ensure items are suitable for machine washing unless otherwise agreed.

Quick Wash by Mark is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets or undisclosed special care requirements.

7. Garment Care
While every effort is made to handle garments carefully:

Care instructions provided on garment labels will be followed where possible.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any special cleaning requirements.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:
Manufacturer defects
Weak or worn fabrics
Existing damage
Colour bleeding
Shrinkage due to incorrect care labels
Normal wear and tear

8. Lost or Damaged Items
If an item is lost or damaged due to our negligence, Quick Wash by Mark will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, offer reasonable compensation.

Compensation will not exceed the current fair value of the item and will not include sentimental or replacement value.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery.

9. Uncollected Laundry
Customers are requested to collect laundry promptly after notification that it is ready.

Laundry not collected within 30 days may incur storage charges.

Laundry remaining uncollected after 90 days may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of without further notice.

10. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only.

While we aim to complete all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

High workload volumes
Equipment failure
Power outages
Water interruptions
Extreme weather conditions
Other circumstances beyond our control

Quick Wash by Mark shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.

Once laundry processing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.

12. Collection and Delivery (If Applicable)
Where collection or delivery services are offered:

Customers must provide accurate addresses and contact information.
Someone must be available to receive laundry at the agreed time.
Quick Wash by Mark is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Wash by Mark shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income or business
Loss of profits
Damage resulting from inaccurate garment care instructions
Damage caused by normal laundering processes where care labels have been followed

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service relating to the affected item.

14. Website Use
Users of our website agree not to:
Use the website unlawfully
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems
Interfere with website operation
Submit false or misleading information

15. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA requirements.

16. Force Majeure
Quick Wash by Mark shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Power outages
Water shortages
Floods
Fire
Natural disasters
Labour disputes
Government restrictions

17. Amendments
Quick Wash by Mark reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.

18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
